PinMark values your privacy. Our principle is simple: your data belongs to you. We do not collect or store your personal note content on our servers.

1. Data Storage

PinMark is local-first. Notes, images, and settings are stored on your device.

2. iCloud Sync

If enabled, your data syncs via Apple's iCloud service. We cannot access your iCloud content.

3. OCR Processing

OCR runs locally on your device or via system-level APIs. Your image content is not uploaded to our servers.

4. Third-Party Services

PinMark does not include ad SDKs or behavior tracking SDKs.

5. Policy Updates

We may update this page when policy changes. Please review it periodically.
