3. PinMark Pro & Payments

PinMark Pro is available through App Store purchase. Pricing, purchase type, and refunds are subject to Apple's policies.

4. Disclaimer

PinMark is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for direct or indirect losses from use of the app. Please back up important data regularly.

5. Intellectual Property

PinMark name, branding, design, and software rights are owned by the developer unless otherwise stated.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
